Once you make your decision to hire Empire Restoration and sign our proposal, we provide our “roofing information” sheet to help you prepare for the roofing process, and then give you an approximate timeframe for scheduling. You will then select a shingle color and style. We encourage you to visit the homes of other roofs we have completed in your area, to get a better feel for what the color actually looks like. We can also provide samples for you as well. After the shingle selection, we will schedule the job to begin at a mutually agreeable time. If you desire to request a specific date, we make every effort to meet that date, weather permitting. Once the work has been completed, we perform a final inspection before receiving your payment. Part of the Empire service commitment is to provide a comprehensive ground clean-up. We understand the value of your property and we are committed to leaving your yard as we found it.
