We had a roof replaced on our house, detached garage, and barn. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and made the process so easy! Very great experience and would use him again!

I can't begin to express the EXCELLENCE of this company. In May of 2022 our house and entire neighborhood were slammed by a major hailstorm with baseball and golf ball size hail that caused extensive damage to our home and outbuildings. Fortunately for us, the owner of the company Steve happened to be in our area the next day responding to another call and stopped by. I have to admit, I have been leery about any contractor after getting burned BIG TIME by not one, but 2 crooks on a barn I had built in the past few years. After reading some previous reviews I decided to give Empire a chance and they did not disappoint. Not only was Steve a pleasure to do business with but all of the work was completed in a timely manner and some ahead of schedule. How refreshing to have someone say the work will be done at this time and actually have that be the case, and all the work was done better than expected. If you ever have need of a rooking/siding contractor, including metal buildings like my outbuildings were, look no further. Less than 6 weeks after the incident everything is done and done perfectly. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE EMPIRE RESTORATION CREW!!

Empire Restoration was awesome to work with to get our roof replaced. Kyle Hamilton was very quick to get us took care of to start the process. Travis Parker was very prompt and knowledgeable on what we needed. Josh Wright was on the job to ensure Quality work being done. He also was a very thorough and helpful when doing our final walk thru after completion. Their workers are very hard working and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend anybody to consider this company for all their roofing needs. Well ran company from the top down.

I want to write this review and express how thoroughly impressed I was with Empire Restoration. I'll start off by saying from the initial phone conversation, to the final walk through they could not have been more professional. They made a process I thought filing a claim with my insurance was going very hard. The Empire Team made this honestly one of the easiest things ever. They handled the adjuster meet, and filed all the paperwork for me so I could receive my check. They took no money upfront and I didn't have to pay them until my new roof was installed. I could not speak more highly about these guys.

I can't say enough about Empire. From the very first contact with Kyle and meeting with Travis and John coming out for measurements and Colton, Chris and the team actually doing the work. We had been looking for someone to replace our shingle roof with metal for 7 months. I watched the team diligently replace a shingle roof on my neighbors house and was in total awe of the professionalism, assembly like actions displayed in their work. They were amazing and did a complete tear down and new roof in half a day ! That what won me over. But it gets better! My own experience was just as awesome. From my first conversation with Kyle to meeting with Travis and his much appreciated constant updates and John coming out to measure and then Colton, Chris and the rest of the team actually installing our new metal roof. The entire process was perfect !
