Some of our team members have been working together for decades, but we do also bring on new (to us) crew members when needed. Before joining our team, we make sure they are properly vetted and bring the same high standards and ethics to their work that we pride ourselves on.
Yes! Should a roofing project take more than one day, the same crew will return the following day to complete the job. Additionally, if you are using Empire for more than just roofing (like gutter or siding installs, you will work with a different crew that specializes in those areas.
Project Managers that work with you from the initial inspection through to the day of the project will be there supervising. They will also be there at the end of the project to walk with you and review the work that we have performed.
