Do I need a new roof? Or just a repair?

A well-installed roof should last you a minimum of 10 to 20-years. Unfortunately, many roofing companies aren’t as careful as they should be, and in some cases roofs installed by inexperienced or low-end contractors can fail in as little as 5-years. If you have to get your roof replaced, either because it has reached the end of its life, or because of poor installation, you should make sure to choose the right roofing company.

Empire Restoration offers both roof repair and new roof services, including replacing your existing roof and installing roofs on additions and new construction. You may already know you need a new roof, or you may not be sure. Whether you call us for a repair or a new roof, our estimator and technicians will be able to advise you on what will be best for your specific situation.

How much does it cost to have my roof repaired?

There really isn’t an average cost, but from our experience, most repairs are under $500 if the problem is diagnosed and corrected early enough. As with our replacement estimates, each repair estimate is custom to your specific needs and will contain sufficient detail so you understand the work we propose to do.

How fast can I get a quote?

Generally, we can come out within 1-2 business days. We prioritize our work based on both when you call and the severity of your problem.

Water is dripping into my house, what can I do right away?

If you can get into your attic, placing a bucket under the drip is the best solution. If leaking around a plumbing pipe, place a towel over plastic around the bottom of the pipe. Otherwise, place a bucket under the drip until it stops raining and a roofer can come out and address the problem.
