I can't begin to express the EXCELLENCE of this company. In May of 2022 our house and entire neighborhood were slammed by a major hailstorm with baseball and golf ball size hail that caused extensive damage to our home and outbuildings. Fortunately for us, the owner of the company Steve happened to be in our area the next day responding to another call and stopped by. I have to admit, I have been leery about any contractor after getting burned BIG TIME by not one, but 2 crooks on a barn I had built in the past few years. After reading some previous reviews I decided to give Empire a chance and they did not disappoint. Not only was Steve a pleasure to do business with but all of the work was completed in a timely manner and some ahead of schedule. How refreshing to have someone say the work will be done at this time and actually have that be the case, and all the work was done better than expected. If you ever have need of a rooking/siding contractor, including metal buildings like my outbuildings were, look no further. Less than 6 weeks after the incident everything is done and done perfectly. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE EMPIRE RESTORATION CREW!!

Highly recommend Empire Restoration for your roofing needs! We needed a complete roof replacement after storm damage, Blake came out within 24hrs of taking my call, and got the process started with me and the insurance adjuster. He was very professional and thorough, walked us through every step, battled the wind to place a tarp to ensure no leaks between his inspection and our replacement, and answered every question we had- no matter the day or time. On the day of the project Blake & Josh made sure the project was as seamless as it could’ve been and both followed back up to ensure we were happy with the end result. Their crew was efficient, polite, and cleaned up well! We’re happy and will be using them again, if ever we need roofing needs again. Thank you, Empire, Blake and Josh!

Empire Restoration was so easy to work with and highly recommend their service. Travis answered my call at 4pm and was at our townhouse at 930am the next day. He tarped off our roof leak and got me a fair quote. Materials were ordered quickly and we had a new roof within 10 days from the initial call. They kept me informed and were very organized in getting the project complete. I would definitely use their service again if needed.
