Empire Restoration Reviews

Empire Restoration just replaced our roof yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience.
From the beginning, Steve Scroggins (one of the owners) was wonderfully helpful and friendly. He answered all of our questions quickly, maintained fantastic, timely communication, and got the process moving in no time.
On installation day, project manager Josh Wright met with me around 7:00 AM before work began. Josh was incredibly kind, approachable, and thoughtful—he took the time to explain the entire process and answered every last question I had before the crew got started.
The crew itself was amazing. They worked with incredible speed and efficiency, finishing the job in about 6 hours. They cleaned continuously as they worked and thoroughly swept the property with a magnet to catch any rogue nails, which gave us total peace of mind.
Once the job was complete, Josh walked me around the house to inspect the finished roof and even showed me photos taken directly from the top of the roof so I could see the workmanship from every angle.
Steve, Josh, and the entire team went above and beyond for us.
If you need any roofing, siding, or gutter work done, I cannot recommend Empire Restoration highly enough!
